Ms. Bailey has been on a professional and personal mission of nurturing healthy family relationships for 30 years. As a Social Worker, she has held school- and district-based positions as a Family & Community Engagement Coordinator and Manager of Coordinated Services and School Support Team Liaison. Currently, Pam holds a full-time position as the Director of Community & Family Engagement for Boston Plan for Excellence.
Over the past 25 years, she has proudly facilitated hundreds of parent/professional and parent/child development workshops for Families First. Pam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, with a specialization in counseling, from Lesley University.
She received her Master of Social Work degree with a certificate in Organizational Leader from Wheelock College. Pam is the proud mother of three young-adult sons.
