“As a parent, I understand how our everyday actions can have such a big influence on the way kids experience the world. But it’s a tough, exhausting job and without strategies to lean on, and a network of support, it’s easy to lose your grip. I feel very strongly about the importance of Families First’s programs because I’ve seen—and I know, myself—what a difference it makes when parents have support during the crazy early childhood years.”
Jill is a dedicated nonprofit leader with a decade of experience in development, project management, and partnership-building using a collaborative, community-centric approach. She received an MS in Nonprofit Management from Northeastern University and a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Vermont.
Since joining Families First in 2014, Jill has held a variety of roles including overseeing institutional giving, grants management, communications, and external relations. She has participated on the organization’s leadership team and played a role in several strategic planning processes that have helped to shape the organization’s trajectory.
In 2020, Jill relocated to Western Massachusetts and she is currently leading the expansion of Families First’s programs in this region.
